3Advance is looking for an enthusiastic Growth Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. Founded in 2010, 3Advance is a tight-knit team of engineers and designers, developing cloud applications and native mobile apps for startups and established organizations. You will be an important member of our team, working directly under the leadership of our Director of Growth.

You will support marketing and sales goals by developing and implementing marketing campaigns including blog, content & asset creation, video production/editing, CRO, SEO, social, and sales support. You will collaborate with the internal team as well as potentially with external stakeholders where your contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels with the goal to drive conversions.

This opportunity will require excellent written communication skills along with expertise and savviness for video marketing and supporting sales. You’ll develop best-practices and provide various collateral, content, and strategies.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent written communication & topic research skills
  • Video production/editing skills
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. WordPress, Online analytics/GA, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Strong drive and passion for startups and technology
  • Diverse understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • SEO experience
  • Data-driven, strategy-oriented mindset
  • Must have a passion for marketing yet a savviness for supporting sales & driving conversions
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing strategy content including video production & editing
  • Blog research and content development, with optimization top-of-mind (min. 2-4 blogs/mo.)
  • Create & support a consistent marketing strategy and calendar for social media
  • Optimize website, and drive digital campaigns to further SEO and organic search
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Updating Internal Portfolio with assets from Design Team
  • Assist with case study asset/data collection and compiling for use on website and sales resources. Write and dynamically update web copy
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, newsletters, & email campaigns
  • Support the marketing/sales efforts in daily administrative tasks when needed

Location:

Remote, DC-area preferred

 

Compensation:

$45-70k
